A full body detox diet will consist of foods that will not add to the build up
of toxins in the body while also assisting it in the elimination.
Recently it was reported that over half the population of America has some
form of food intolerance, food intolerances can add to the toxic burden in your
body and food intolerances are also created from the body being overburdened by
toxins.
The majority of
food intolerances come from toxins and
undigested food passing through the
intestinal wall into the blood stream
causing the immune system to go crazy
as well as get a bit confused between
what is good and bad. The result is that
it can react against normal food, causing
symptoms like headaches, aches, pains and
inflammation in the joints, bloating,
wind pain, bad breath, skin problems and
many more.
With the amount of toxins in our environment,
over use of drugs, preservatives and
bad diet, it’s no wonder that over half
of the population suffers from some form
of food intolerance
Everyone will react differently to different
foods but there are some common
ones that people generally react to, they are:
- Wheat.
- Yeast.
- Foods that contains gluten
- Dairy.
- Sugar
- Oranges and apples.
- Food additives and preservatives.
- Oats
- Corn

that to achieve a total and complete detox
there are many factors that must be dealt
with that contribute to creating a vicious
toxic cycle in the body.
Food intolerances are one of them.
Let me explain this, food intolerances
are caused by an over reactive
immune system which has been created by
toxins within the bloodstream, when the
immune system is in this state it creates
nitric oxide which contributes to the toxic
cycle. This not only put more stress on the body but also effects other parts of the body including the mitochondria, our energy
producers, resulting in fatigue and can
lead to mitochondrial dysfunction, this
has been shown to cause many chronic
illnesses.
Therefore a detox program that does
not take into account food intolerances will
be fighting an uphill battle to achieve a full
and lasting detox.
